Brown, Bolton

(1865-1936)

Born in New York state, he was a painter and printmaker andwas a prolific lithographer who helped found the Byrdcliffe Colony in Woodstock, NY. He was also a printer for many notable American artists including George Bellows, Rockwell Kent and others.
