Braught, Ross

(1898-1973)

Born in Pennsylvania and educated at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, he was a favorite of fellow artist Thomas Hart Benton who called him "the greatest living American draftsman. He was a superb lithographer who produced a group of outstanding landscapes of Colorado and South Dakota
