Merlin, Maurice

(1909-1947)

A fine artist who worked as a painter and printmaker. Active in Michigan on the WPA. He shared a studio with Frank Cassara in Detroit. Married to my cousin Minna (Merlin) Gosman, he later moved to California where he did commercial artwork. His son, Peter Merlin, is also an artist and architect.
